Terms & Conditions
Please read our Reservations, Cancellations, Check In/Check Out, and other Policies regarding your stay, prior to booking. Booking your reservations indicates your acceptance of these policies.
Booking Your Reservation
In order to guarantee your booking total payment is required at the time of booking. Please check that the details of your booking are complete and accurate before you confirm your booking.
Special Offers are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Rate shown is the average room rate, per night, and vary by arrival date and/or length of stay, taxes are additional. Once booked, special offer reservations are non-refundable and cannot be changed. An offer cannot be combined with any other offer and do not apply to groups or The House rental. Special Offer terms must be met for the rate to be valid.
Room rates are subject to 10% VAT and 6% Resort Levy which will be applied at the time of booking. Rates, taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.
Minimum stay of two nights for room rentals and five-night minimum for The House rental. Minimum stay may vary for Special Offers.
Modifying Your Reservation
Reservations may be modified without penalty more than 7 days prior to your check-in date. Please note that changes in the length of stay or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Reservations may be cancelled in writing, without penalty more than 7 days in advance of arrival. Contact us at email@example.com for assistance with cancellation.
Should you cancel within 7 days or less from your check-in date, or No Show, 100% of the amount paid is non-refundable.
Check-in is at 3pm. If you arrive earlier we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready and will accommodate you immediately if possible. Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card along with a valid form of photo identification.
Check-out is by 11am. If you require a late check-out, please contact us before 4pm the day before your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Upon check-in a security deposit of $100 will be authorized to your credit/debit card. This will be returned to you in the method that you paid, upon your departure, less any incidentals or other charges you incurred during your stay with us. Please note that all credit/debit card transactions (charges and refunds) though released immediately may take 7-14 business days to process by your bank.
Other Policy Considerations
Smoking is not permitted inside The Cay House. There will be designated areas in the outdoor space where smoking may be permitted. Violation of the non-smoking policy can result in a $500 fee.
You may not remove, damage or destroy any of The Cay House property. Doing so, you accept that you will be required to pay an amount the hotel deems appropriate to replace its property.
